The safety assistance device for heavy machinery, "Bakasawagi," is designed to prevent contact accidents between heavy machinery and workers by allowing both the workers around the machinery and the operators to confirm each other's proximity using a remote control and alarm system. When a worker carrying the remote control presses the button, a siren installed inside the heavy machinery sounds to alert them of the proximity. The siren stops when the heavy machinery operator presses the stop button, at which point a patrol light attached to the machinery lights up for 10 seconds. This confirms to the worker that the operator is aware of their presence. This system clarifies that both parties have acknowledged each other through the above process.
